Ms. Ananya Kulkarni is a Counselling Psychologist and has an experience of 9 years in this field. She completed MSc - Psychology from Bangalore University in 2015. I started therapy with Ananya a few years ago, through Dr Meena who suggested Ananya. Initially, I was diagnosed with ADHD and sort treatment for that. Ananya is an amazing therapist, and so good at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable. When you talk to her, it's a no judgment zone and it feels safe. She has saved my life, and I will always be grateful for all everything that she's helped me achieve. I've learnt a lot of things from her over the years but the biggest one that I've learnt from her, is to normalise how I feel. That, anything I feel is valid and okay to feel. My therapist was Ms Ananya, she has helped me alot in managing my anxiety through cognitive behavioral therapy, ADHD coaching. She's very friendly and supportive. She provides a very safe and welcoming atmosphere. She's very patient and understanding. She helped me develop routines and follow them. Helped in managing my academics as well. I have seen alot of progress and growth in myself, especially at managing my anxiety and depression, my sleep has gotten much better. I seeked a consultation for anxiety and obsessiveness with a history of a dissociation from reality.The doctor never made me feel inferior. She was a good listener and was patient to a great extent. She did call me out when I needed it. I was provided with good techniques, advice from a more experienced person. I was also given something to relate to or consider. I did feel comfortable and was provided a healthier ROAD to recover from past worries through several sessions over the course of a few months . It got a lot better and I am a huge step closer towards letting a lot it go. The obsessiveness and anxiety. I'm also focusing on being relaxed and focused now. My situation has facilitated it.

She has helped me using CBT and has taught me a variety of other techniques. She always explains all the techniques in detail so that they very easy to understand and use. She is very friendly and supportive and listens to me patiently. She always gives good advice for any problems that I face.

Its been like having a excellent therapy session with Ananya mam from past 3 to 4 weeks.
The response from her to wards my problems where she listens the problem and provides a simple solution to the problems and I have been really feeling happy after having the therappy sessions which is helping me a lot in my daily day to day activities .
